Denver Botanic Gardens Collaboration

In collaboration with Denver Botanic Gardens, Mythology distills a specialty release botanical gin with botanicals harvested from The Gardens. This Specialty Release is available each Spring through the Summer with part of the proceeds donated to The Gardens.

The Foragers Gin

Description

In collaboration with Denver Botanic Gardens, this Special Release Gin is produced with chamomile, lemon verbena and elderflower harvested from The Gardens. This recipe won a Double Gold from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition!

Lemon zest & fresh cut flowers compliment juniper pine on the nose. Fresh juniper with notes of chamomile tea, peppercorn and candied citrus on the palette. A dry finish with subtle citrus notes

…. Forage for a missing ingredient in a garden one mile above the sea. The Horticulturist scans his garden, like a porcupine with its nose close to the ground. The Distiller, always an explorer, wanders deeper into the garden to discover a completely different but equally aromatic flower. They emerge from the botanical garden together with a local and truly unique Gin.

Inspired by the spirit of the foragers, we have crafted a collaborative botanical gin truly unique to Colorado.
