Lavender Gin Fizz

How to make a delicious, creamy lavender gin fizz:

2 oz The Foragers Gin

.75 oz Lavender Syrup*

.75 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Egg White **

Dry shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker tin without ice. Add ice and wet shake to chill.

Strain into a coup class and garnish with dried lavender.

*Lavender Syrup Recipe:

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp dried lavender

2 teaspoons butterfly pea powder for color (add more if you want a deeper purple)

First, boil water, then stir in sugar and dissolve. Next, add lavender and let it steep for 30 minutes. After, add butterfly pea powder, stir in and dissolve. Finally, strain, let cool & enjoy.
