- 2 oz Mythology The Foragers Gin or Mythology Needle Pig Gin
- .75 oz Calpico
- .75 oz Curry honey simple
- .25 Lime juice
- 2 dashes hellfire bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime.
To create the Curry Honey Simple: Bring 1 cup water, ½ cup honey, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup sweet lemongrass curry from savory spice to a boil and let simmer. Mix well, strain out ingredients and let cool.
