Pumpkin Darlin’

  • 2 oz. Mythology The Foragers Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Fall Spice Syrup
  • 2 bar spoons Pumpkin Butter
  • 1 Egg White

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin without ice and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Double strain contents into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with ground cinnamon on top.

To create the Fall Spice Syrup: Bring 2 cups water to a simmer and whisk in 1.5 cups sugar until dissolved. Add in 4 cinnamon sticks, 1 tbsp cloves, 2 star anise and an orange peel and bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 20 minutes before straining.
