- 1.5 oz Mythology Needle Pig Gin
- .5 oz Chamomile Liqueur
- .5 oz Clementine Juice
- .75 oz Prickly Pear/Seasonal Fruit Puree
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a wine glass with a couple small, chamomile flower ice cubes and top with R.M. Prickly Pear Soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
To create the Chamomile Ice Cubes: Fill molds with water. Carefully push a flower down into each square and freeze.
