- 1.5 oz Mythology Needle Pig Gin
- .5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- 3 Cucumber slices
- .5 oz Simple syrup
Muddle the cucumber slices and simple syrup in a shaker tin. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and shake. Double strain into a collins glass, fill with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with 3 cucumber slices.
To create the Simple Syrup: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add 3 cups of granulated sugar, stir and cool.
