If you’re the type that typically kicks the spice meter up a notch, you’ll love to refreshing kick this cocktail gives. Made with our Forager’s Gin, which is a collaboration with the Denver Botanical Garden, this cocktail is a riff on the classic gin gimlet with a spicy twist.
Follow the recipe below:
1 1/2oz Foragers Gin
3/4oz jalapeño simple syrup*
3/4oz lime juice
Add ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake and strain into a coup glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a jalapeño slice.
*Jalapeño simple syrup recipe:
1 cup of agave
½ cup of water
1 jalapeño
Pour water into pot and boil. Stir in agave until dissolved. Slice jalapeño up and put into pot to steep on low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool, then strain mixture into a container for use.
