- 2 oz Needle Pig Gin
- 0.5 ginger simple syrup
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
Shake and double strain over pea flower ice cube* in coupe—add splash of pea flower water to make it look like the cube is bleeding violet.
* add pea flower tea to an ice tray and freeze for use.
