- 2 oz Mythology Needle Pig Gin
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .75 oz Cran apple simple
- 1 oz Egg whites
- 1.5 oz Heavy cream
- 2 oz Soda water
- 4 dashes rose water
- 2 dashes vanilla bitters
Combine all ingredients, except soda water, into a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain back into the shaker tin without ice and dry shake. Pour soda water first into a collins glass and then dump in the shaken ingredients. The head should be above the rim of the glass. Garnish with two apple slices.
To create the Cran Apple Simple: Combine ½ cup cranberry juice, ½ cup apple juice, 1 TBSP cranberry powder, 1 peeled and cut apple into a sauce pan and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 cup of sugar and mix until dissolved. Strain ingredients out and let cool.
