Pineapple Jalapeno Mule

If you love mules, try this unique mule made with our Feather Jester Rum, pineapple juice, and our jalapeño agave syrup. This is the perfect cocktail if you want something refreshing, with a little bit of kick!


Follow the recipe below:

2 oz Feather Jester Rum

1/2 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz jalapeño simply syrup*


Combine all ingredients into a copper mug. Add ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a jalapeño & enjoy!


*Jalapeño simple syrup recipe:

1 cup of agave

½ cup of water

1 jalapeño

Pour water into pot and boil. Stir in agave until dissolved. Slice jalapeño up and put into pot to steep on low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool, then strain mixture into a container for use.
