- 1.5 oz Mythology Feather Jester Silver Rum
- .5 oz house-made Mezcal
- .25 oz orange liqueur
- .75 oz lime juice
- .5 oz agave syrup
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain over a jalapeno ice ball. Garnish with black sea salt and a lime wheel.
To create the Jalapeno Ice Ball: Slice 5 stemless jalapenos and add to a blender with 1.5 cups of water, then puree. Pour the jalapeno water into a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out the jalapeno pieces and pour the puree mix into ice ball molds to freeze.
